We bake light, sponge cakes or rich, butter cakes, as they can be covered with icing, stacked, & decorated. {Cakes such as black forest, cheese cake, mousse cakes are NOT possible for the decorated cakes}.
We have extensive list of flavours that you can choose from. {Click Here} Each flavour is paired with a matching filling, however you can mix & match on your own. For example, chocolate cake comes with dark chocolate ganache, but you can change it to raspberry filling. The flavour and type of frosting and decorations will be specified by us, as the they will follow the design.

We will do our best to re-create your dream cake, however, all our cakes are carefully made by hand, and there is always a possibility of a finished product not being replicated 100%. Please understand that not all materials and ingredients are available in Bali. We always try to make the cake as close as possible to pictures or sketches given. If there is something we can not do, we will be sure to offer you alternatives that suit your style.
When you contact us to begin your order, we will create a price estimate for you. We will price the cake based on size, flavour, design, decoration, delivery, and timeline. Prices for design and decorations vary depending on the level of difficulty, time, and materials. All of our decorations are made and shaped by hand, we do not buy finished products or cake toppers.
Sorry, no. An event organiser or venue staff should be able to help you find what you need. We do provide a plastic knife to cut birthday cakes.
Sorry, no. We can write a decorative message on the cake if you wish.
Sorry, no. Our service ends once we deliver the cake and hand it over to you or your designated person or your organiser/planner at the venue. None of our staff will be present at the event. We do provide staff for our Dessert Buffet Package – contact us to inquire.
Yes! We offer cake tastings for confirmed orders. A maximum of 5 flavours is complimentary. Appointments are essential, and need to be booked at least 48 hours in advance. All cake tasting appointments must be made at least 5 days before the event date.
During high season (May to September) and on weekends, we can be pretty busy. We highly suggest placing your order at least one month before your event. The design & flavour of your cake can be finalised one week before your confirmed event date.
Rush orders may be subject to extra fees. If you require a last-minute cake, please call us directly to ask if we can squeeze you in. 🙂
When you contact us to place an order, we will communicate with you the learn your preferences (what you like and what you don’t like). We welcome sample photos from you, so we can get a better picture of what you are looking for. We also have many sample photos for you to browse.
We can create a sketch for you based on your ideas. Kindly note, sketches and designs are made after we receive a 50% deposit.
A 10cm diameter mock-up is available upon request. Should you wish to have a larger size mock-up, additional charges will apply. Please note: the mock-up may not be 100% representational of the final product. Due to variance in scale, some decorations will look different on a large cake, and it it not possible for some decorations to be applied on a mock-up.
For our international clients, payment can be made with credit card via PayPal (surcharge of 5% – it’s hassle free and it has smaller fee than international transfer). If you’re in Bali, please visit our Kerobokan location to pay with cash or credit card. Please note: For Paypal or international transfer, the exchange rate will be determined by us.
For our local clients, we have BCA account that you can transfer the payment to.
Yes, we do. One birthday cake gets one small, plain candle. You may request more candles if necessary for an extra fee.
Yes, we do. A cake stand can be provided. We require a security deposit that will be refunded once the cake stand is returned in good condition.
